Many questions — how groups are chosen, why a figure is missing, what counts against your monthly parses — are answered in the FAQ. If your upload failed, the FAQ's troubleshooting section covers the common causes too.
Helpful to include
- The email address on your account
- The title of the graph or upload involved
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if it's something visual
