Privacy Policy

The short version: your uploads are yours, we keep as little as we can, and we don't sell data. Questions: support@constellate-atlas.app.

What we store

Your account (email, plan), the documents you upload, and the graphs derived from them — figures, relationships, summaries, and evidence quotes of at most 50 words each. Documents live in private storage scoped to your account; nothing about them is public unless you enable a share link, and even then only the derived map is exposed.

How graphs are made

To build a graph, your document's text is sent to the Anthropic API for inference only — Anthropic does not train models on API data. No advertising or analytics brokers see your documents.

Payments

Billing runs on Stripe; card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. We store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.

Deletion

Deleting a graph removes it and its derived data. Deleting your account removes your documents, graphs, and profile. Both are available in the app, no email required — though support@constellate-atlas.app works too.

Cookies

We use the session cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party ad or tracking cookies.
